JOB DESCRIPTION:
Overall Duties
Data & Analytics:
- Support Master Data cleanliness activities within Procurement. Driving clean up and action where required.
- Provide analytics support for the broader procurement team, running basic reports and analysis as needed.
- Coordinate the metrics package each month, pulling needed metrics, populating the scorecard and coordinating the package with others.
- Update the metrics on the SharePoint home page
- Support system testing for server cloud changes on two internally developed systems
- Run project for updating of payment terms in coordination with Procurement Contract owners
Systems & Controls:
- Facilitate the annual procurement audit review, following up on open and past due actions with Procurement Operations teams.
- Support system access and troubleshooting for SharePoint and two internally developed tools
SAP Business Network:
- Support tracking of supplier enablement activities to ensure readiness for Business Network Go-live
- Manage the email inbox to categorize and action vendor questions and follow-ups. First line of defense.
- Support onboarding of new vendors to the SAP Business Network system along with new Procurement team members.
