We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Test Engineer I to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational experience in testing and quality assurance. In this role, you will formalize test processes, document procedures, and work closely with our Development and Integration Teams to ensure the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Document & Formalize Processes: Utilize existing test process documentation to create formal procedures within the document control system.
Shadow & Document: Collaborate with the test team to document process flows and test procedures that currently lack documentation.
Issue Management: Identify issues during testing, and collaborate with Development and Integration Teams to ensure resolution.
Test Equipment Management: Duplicate, validate, and test a variety of Functional Test Equipment.
Timely Test Execution: Ensure test runs and results adhere to specified timeframes.
Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation for all tests and equipment.
Training: Train operators on the use of functional test equipment and related documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant technical certification.
Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in testing, quality assurance, or similar roles.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and understand technical specifications.
Language & PC Skills: Proficiency in English and essential PC skills.
