Under minimal supervision of project owner, oversees total construction effort to insure Project is constructed in accordance with scope, budget and schedule.
Supervises site activities for client with a group of subcontractors on Systems Major projects on large and complex projects of $5M in cost or greater.
Coordinates client work with other site contractors to insure compliance with terms and conditions for the project assigned $3M.
Works with Systems Major Projects- Project Manager to identify project objectives with alignment to the scope, budget and schedule.
Ensures Quality Control and scope of work compliance through daily site inspections.
Submits regular progress updates for incorporation into master plan/schedule to provide variance analysis reporting.
Acts as Project Safety program coordinator.
Coordinates with Regional and Branch Leadership through the assigned Major Projects Project Manager to ensure adequate resources to meet the project objectives.
Resolves site conflicts regarding the sequencing of work and unforeseen conditions.
Works with Project Manager in managing risks and assists in establishing project recovery plans. Ensures recovery plans are carried out Ensures project document controls are in compliance with contract requirements and client policies and standards.
Ensures subcontractors readily understand expectations of the project.

Required
High School diploma or equivalent Seven(7)
Ten (10) years of direct project management coordination and supervisory experience
Experience in the commercial industrial building construction industry
Proven track record of experience managing multiple projects at a time, dealing with large and diverse number of challenges, which often required knowledge in different disciplines
Must have excellent communication skills in written and verbal communication with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical audiences.
Ability to travel 100% as projects will vary in geographies
Must be proficient with MS Office (Excel, Work, and Power Point), Adobe Writer and Visio.
