Customer Service Rep
Computer experience and Customer Service experience is the main thing. Big Plus excel, ERP LN/Baan, Power Point.
This position works primarily in LN (Baan upgrade) to process Sales Orders clearing all fatals/issues. This position works with Engineering/Supply Chain/IT to resolve the errors. Updates will be made to lineset and non-lineset orders enabling us to send correct EDI requirements to Suppliers. May be required to process the same order multiple times to clear errors.
Other systems include but not limited to CVT/EOFF/PBA/Pharos/CDMS/Flexis. Extensive training will be provided. Detail oriented candidates only. ERP-LN experience preferred
