Job Description:
As a Project Coordinator on the Project Management team, you will support a number of simultaneous projects across varying complexities to help deliver high quality results for our key customers. Smaller project initiatives, and frequent updates on project status will make up the majority of the delivery responsibilities.
You will work closely with the Project Manager as well as internal and external teams to drive success for our customers. Having a solid track record of positive customer interaction, history of successful project delivery, combined with demonstrated attention to detail will be key to your overall success. Completing projects with high quality and communicating effectively across all levels is essential.
Core Functions
Must have high attention to detail and demonstrate an ability to learn quickly while producing results.
Will support several projects from inception to completion (or transition), including tracking and evaluation of portfolio project performance.
Ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and within accepted quality metrics.
Supports the project the project review, status meetings, and overall project status.
Utilizes project management methodologies to ensure maximum project effectiveness.
Self-motivated and willing to think outside of the box to help support strategic growth.
Assist Account Executive and CSM teams with internal communication, program and project status, timely issue resolution and follow-up to customers on delivery success.
Foster strong customer and installation partner relationships.
Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.

What we look for
Experience & Education
B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Business Management, Project Management, or equivalent work experience.
1-2 years previous experience as a Project Coordinator (or relevant)
Project management related certifications, and experience with varying project management methodologies is a plus. Knowledge of retail industry related applications, CCTV, LP, data integration techniques and web technology is deal.
